HOME MEET V. JASPER VALLEY & NASHUA COUNTRY CLUB

Hello swimmers and families! 

Just a reminder that entries for our first home meet are due by WEDNESDAY, JULY 8TH at midnight. Each swimmer may select 2 individual events and 1 relay. If you have indicated that your child/children will attend but have not selected events by this deadline, Jim and I will select events for you. If you have not indicated that you plan to attend, we will assume that you are not attending. No late entries will be accepted.

WARM UP SCHEDULE:

Saturday, July 11th

HHST Warm Up: 7:00am-7:20am

JVST Warm Up: 7:20am-7:40am

NCC Warm Up: 7:40am-8:00am

Meet Starts at 8:00am

PARKING & ACCOMODATIONS:

Please park at the West Lot by our function field and enter through the back pool gate. Deck space will be limited but you are welcome to set up tents on the function field. Our concession stand will be open with snacks and drinks (see attached menu). We intend to finish up the meet by 10:30am to accommodate our club members.

HEAT SHEETS & EVENTS:

I will post heat sheets on Swimtopia the night before. Physical copies will be posted the morning of. Please be aware that some events may be combined to avoid empty lanes and expedite the meet, but as always swimmers will be scored by their age/gender group.
