Meet Information

• Each swimmer may enter 3 individual events and 2 relays.
• We use Swimmingly to run our meets. Before the meet, swimmers may have a number written on their shoulder. This number helps timers, volunteers, and meet staff quickly identify swimmers and ensure each swim is recorded accurately. It is a simple part of the meet process that helps everything run smoothly.
• No food or drinks are allowed on the pool deck. Water bottles are absolutely fine. This is a State of New Hampshire health regulation and is strictly enforced. If we do not follow this rule, the pool facility could be cited or even shut down. We appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping us keep the facility open and our meet running smoothly.
• The Town of Bedford does not allow stakes in the ground for tents. Please plan accordingly. This applies to both team tents on deck and family tents outside the pool fence.
• Parents and spectators are not permitted on the pool deck. There is plenty of viewing from outside the fence surrounding the pool, and we ask that families remain in those designated viewing areas throughout the meet.
• Concessions will be available at the pavilion just outside the pool, where there are also picnic tables for teams and families to enjoy.
• We will have volunteers directing parking when you arrive.
• All swimmers must be able to complete their events independently without assistance from another person. Please do not enter swimmers into events they are unable to complete on their own.
• We must be completely out of the facility by 1:00 PM. Please keep this in mind when preparing your entries so we can keep the meet running efficiently.
• There will be NO deck entries. All entries must be submitted by Friday, July 17th at 11:59 PM. It is much easier to scratch a swimmer than it is to add one on meet day, so please submit all potential swimmers by the deadline.

• 6:30–6:50 AM: Bedford 13 & Over (Lanes 1–6)
• 6:50–7:05 AM: Bedford 9–12 (Lanes 1–6)
• 7:05–7:20 AM: Bedford 8 & U (Lanes 1–6)
• 7:20–7:40 AM: Hampshire Hills 8 & U (Lanes 1–3) | The Breakers (Lanes 4–6)
• 7:40–8:00 AM: Hampshire Hills 9 & Over (Lanes 1–6)
